ANTI-BURNOUT EVENING ROUTINE | steps that work, home pilates, pampering myself, cooking, diy crafts

there’s times where i make a video and the way it comes together feels perfect, this is one of those ✨ i put so much thought into making this evening routine and trying to share the principle behind each of the steps and why they actually work to avoid burnout. some of these may seem simple, but done over time help me feel soo rested and recharged for the next day. I show you my at home pilates/core workout, deep clean the house, grocery shop, make a healthy simple dinner, run a warm bath, and even do some simple crafts to unwind!

  1. This is not realistic. For the amount of things you did, it’s not possible to get it done in one evening. This recording must have taken over a span of two days or past 1am.
