  1. I love love love to journal before going to sleep, it’s the best to go to bed with a clear and calm mind 🌙

  2. Don’t know if anyone will see this but PSA: use your red light therapy mask in the AM not PM. The light emulated the benefits of the sun without the radiation and thus can disrupt your circadian rhythm. It’s super beneficial and can even help with seasonal depression.
