Making a good muscle building diet sounds scary for a lot of people, but its really not that hard. In this video, i will show you exactly how you can build an awesome diet for building as much muscle as possible, with very little effort required from your side. Everyone knows that a big part of a successful muscle building diet is protein, and thats what we will focus on.   1. The tip about using a rice cooker to simplify meal prep is a game changer, It really makes sticking to a nutrition plan so much more manageable

  2. All these videos that I’ve seen suck, I’ll make it easy for everyone. Have a shit load of hard-boiled eggs made up in your fridge so every day you could just grab them in the morning have two bananas 4 hard boiled eggs, and some kind of bar like a fig bar something with carbs in between lunch and breakfast, have a protein shake already waiting for you with another banana or apple lunchtime just crack open a can of tuna eat some type of carb with that in between lunch and dinner have another protein drink with some figs or something full of carbs and that brings you to dinner have a big dinner you want protein carbs, with a bowl of yogurt for a snack and then a 50 g protein drink before bed done I do this every day. It’s easy Every day I get around 500 g of carbs 300 g of protein and 160 g of fat just by following that routine. exact numbers don’t matter. It’s just gotta be in the range not too hard.
